If there's rhythm in a poem then it doesn't need to rhyme, 
There's messages to show you that are deep within the lines... 
You may not understand exactly what a poets trying to say, 
Until applied to what's enacting on your life before today... 
And since it's your perspective that can bring it into view, 
Then a poets main directive is to leave the subtle clues... 
So its not about intelligence if what it means to you, 
Somehow compliment's embellishment to let the message through... 
Next time you read a poem keep an open mind and heart,
 Live the words until you know them be the player of the part...
